A very offensive and demeaning trend that is very prevalent in today’s pop culture is making a bhaiya out of someone as an act of tease and passive rejection towards someone assumed to be hitting on a girl. It is almost as if brother sister relationship falls in bunches from the sky and you might bump into someone everyday capable enough to be your brother as if verbally encompassing him in the bond of brotherhood ensures the brotherhood. Yeah but in turn you would be possessive about your boyfriends from whom some of you are willing to slit your wrists hereby betraying him the natural right of breaking up with you. You don’t make friends that easily as you make bhaiyas out of new male friends.

Some of them simply wait for the closest possible occasion to which they can very generously suggest the prospect of making a bhaiya out of you. It indirectly means that she is too hot for you in this life and you should know that fact even if you were not in any sense hitting on her and you smiled just to be courteous. Does she not realize that a boy might already be having a sister who is unique and would not want to match her worth with someone else, especially someone else who sees a brother in someone who she thinks might be sexually attracted to her. And how worthless could be her brother if she had one. Imagine what he has to go through when he realizes his role can be negotiated with any random stranger. That is just like changing your parents and calling someone else dad because he might be earning more than your father. And once again just to disgust you: she proposed to make a brother out of someone whom she thinks might be sexually attracted to her ewwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus you would never choose to make a brother out of some random bad stinky dirty unpresentable and morally deranged person. If you said bhaiya to someone which means he must be a smart person of morally high standards with a take for family like responsibilities. If all that is true why would you think he would to misuse his initial position of a friend for a lover or flirting? The truth is you didn’t think that. What you thought was grabbing on a lucrative chance to reject at least one person in your life hence by claiming your worth and keeping him in your circle all the time so that you can let people know that someone tried to approach you and in return you zombified him. And this trend is very common with girls but not that much with boys. Well asking someone to be your sister reminds you of the earth load of responsibilities and duties which brothers have to bear in real and why would they compromise it for someone instead of their real sisters.
