The most internationally acclaimed festival of the year is here to stay on 22-23 October 2016 in Mumbai for comic enthusiasts around the world.

Comic Con India is going to be organised as a part of Reed Pop family of events at Bombay Exhibition Centre this year. Celebrated across the world including New York Comic Con, Oz Comic Con, Star Wars celebrations, it is held every year to mark the advent of comic culture prevalent in that country. It explores the comic world.

Many comic book creators and artists are going to attend this year's gala event. International and Indian celebrity guests will also join including Jim Beaver of 'Supernatural' fame, an American fantasy horror, who plays demon hunter Bobby Singer. He confirmed, "I have been to almost every corner of the world but never visited India. So, I am excited to meet my fans in India at Mumbai Comic Con 2016 and explore the remarkable history and culture of India".

Further famous artists include Edwin Huang, of Street Fighter comic, Cameron Stewart of Batman and Dan Goldman of Shooting Wars and Red Light Properties.

These kind of festivals help immensely in popularising comic and pop culture across the world. It provides a platform for artists and creators to showcase their passion for not only comics but games, TV series as well.
