There's something about the supernatural that the human mind always clinges onto it. Some are perplexed by the sheer curiosity it invokes in the human mind to unravel and understand what are the laws behind it and some are just excited and want to add another adventure to their list of crazy things they've seen or done. So here's a list for those who want to travel in a search for something spooky that may be added in their list of adventures as well.

1. Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan

You may have already heard of it if you keep an interest in scary, creepy stuff. Located in Ajabgarh, Rajasthan,this place is considered to be the most haunted place in India. It is highly believed that it is plagued by a Dark Spell that attracts the dead towards it. Multiple sightings of ghosts promoted the place to become a famous tourist spot who come in search to get a few sightings themselves. Even a signpost near it set by the Government reads that after it gets dark people are not allowed to visit without any prior special permission. Isn't this enough to prove how haunted this place is?

2. Kuldhara, Rajasthan

Another from Rajasthan eh? A curse lies upon this place as well that 'if anyone tries to inhabit the village, death and misery will follow'. The story behind it is as spooky as its name itself! Rumor has it that the inhabitants of the village along with many of nearby villages 'disappeared' overnight in the year 1825 without no one knowing it, just simply VANISHED! It remains abandoned till date and no one has dared to start living at a place that has been a subject of many spirit sightings.

3. The Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune

Tell me, are you interested in a noisy ghost that yells on every night with a full moon? No? Thought so, as the level of the creeps this place has in its inventory is too much! It is believed that a prince was brutally murdered whose spirit has claimed the rule over it now. The level of creepiness is doubled because of it's structure with many dark corners giving it an outlook of a perfect, cliched, haunted place which you might have seen in many movies or TV serials.

4. Dumas Beach, Surat

Don't be fooled by the beauty this place shows on the surface. As it is said that many have lost their lives in mysterious circumstances without traces left behind to find the reason of their death. It is also believed that this place has been a sight for Hindu burial ground meaning, a lot of dead bodies beneath. There are multiple signs that warn you from crossing a certain point but still if you're a hardcore and want to experience something ghostly you may do as you please.

5. GP Block, Meerut

Four people were seen having a good time having drinking alcohol in a candle light, it would've appeared normal as nothing was strange about people hanging out but what is strange is that these four men were neither seen during daytime nor were seen anywhere else in the evening. All what was seen of them was only during the night time. Moreover, many claim to have seen a girl coming out of a house in a red saree! I think that's enough to declare it a haunted place which further led people to desert the place because of many paranormal incidences but that can't stop you from visiting it!
