The 2016 IIFA Awards, officially known as the 17th International Indian Film Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the International Indian Film Academy honouring the best Hindi films of 2015, took place on 25 June, 2016 in Madrid. It was a grand affair with entertaining performance by several Bollywood stars. The event was hosted by the handsome, sexy, hot superstars, Shahid Kapoor and Fawad Khan. The IIFA 2016 awards have finally honoured the best talent in Bollywood for the past year. Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh on Saturday night bagged the Best Actor (Female) and Best Actor (Male) trophy. The most beautiful couple with their most beautiful movie ‘Bajirao mastani’ won most of the awards that night. It was a prestigious moment for Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While Bajirao Mastani was the most celebrated film at this event, Piku was not far behind. They truly deserve those awards. Apart from Ranveer and Deepika, many other stars have bagged prestigious awards at the event.
