Student suicide is a very serious issue in a country like India. Every year we hear about many cases of student suicides around the exam season or even before that. And what’s worse is the fact that nobody talks about this serious issue. The main reason for student suicides is the unrealistic expectations parents have from their children. Parents usually put a lot of pressure on their kids to get good marks and get into good colleges and these kids can’t handle this pressure so they think that it’s better to die rather than talk about it.

Comedian Daniel Fernandes decided to address this issue with a with some humour and describes the education system of India very accurately.
