The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) is a professional kabaddi league in India, based on the format of the Indian premier league t20 cricket tournament. It is known as the Star Sports Pro Kabaddi for sponsorship reasons. The first edition of the tournament was played in 2014 with eight franchises representing various cities in India. It is currently managed by Mashal Sports. Kabaddi league is again ready for season 4 . It is scheduled to start on 25th june 2016. It provides a lot of entertainment to the viewers in the evenings.It starts from 25th jun and contunies till july 31st. This season also consists of 8 teams as last season. Surprising returns as Maninder Singh the hero of PKL season 1 will be seen in new jersey to strengthen the unstoppable U Mumba. 8 locations are set ready to host the league Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi, Jaipur, Patna, Pune, Hyderabad/vizag and Mumbai are hosting the league. Patna pirates is enterind the league as defending champions .There are also few changes in several teams.
