Inspiring truth : Hats off to the man behind Aamir's transformation in Dangal

What is life without dreams ? Is there a solution to it , but film industry is always a platform where you can relate your dreams with , the movie is larger than life ! Some dreams project on screen but some dream is much more larger that the movie. Rakesh Udiyar was such dreamer , a man with full of passion and wants to support his family. His struggle begin when he was six years old , due to his father’s treatment who was suffering from paralytic attack.

He and his brother had to drop their education, but his mother took up a work as house help , the family she worked for was generous enough to get Rakesh and his brother to a convent school. Though he had granted with education , he worked in a construction site to earn money , there were two gym instructors spotted him , as they were in search of a sweeper. Attracted by his body fitness , he was hired at the gym. From a sweeper be transformed into a full time trainer. Well aware about his potential his friend recommended him to Arabaaz Khan , Rakesh helped him reduce 12 kg in just two months.


That’s how his dreams led him inside the Bollywood , he then trained Salman Khan to get in shape for bodyguard. He opened his own training centre which is popular among celebrities – Scrunch. Aamir Khan approached Rakesh for help him son , Junaid to reduce weight , later he worked on physique of Aamir Khan for the movie Dhoom 3 Then comes the Dangal , a huge transformation of Aamir Khan , though it was a crazy thing to take it. Rakesh never loosed his focus , he was extraordinary and he knew what he was doing. The result is seen on the screen , Mahavir Phogat – stunning variation attempt. Rakesh has witnessed both side of life , he is a real life star inspiring and motivating !
