The wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan who has quietly grabbed the spot of an ace interior stylist has set her own name in the field of interior designing and has been achieving new heights in the field of designing every single day. Her efforts and work was felicitated when she was given the Excellence in Design Award at the Hello Hall of Fame Awards recently.

With the famous husband Shah Rukh Khan escorting her lady with pride and Gauri Khan looking every bit a queen in her gold embellished gown by designer Monisha Jaisingh was a ray of sunshine on a boring day. 
When she received the award from director and family friend Karan Johar, Gauri Khan was quick to mention that it was for the first time that at an award function, she was receiving an award and not her superstar husband Shah Rukh Khan. Well that was quite a moment !!

Gauri has gained popularity in India through the niche and class that is evident in her work but has also made a mark in the International market where she collaborated with Ralph Lauren in designing their stores. She has conceptualised one of London’s most classy nightclub Cirque Le Soir.

Her designer label, Gauri Khan Designs, has set a name for itself and her posh label for interiors needs no introduction at all. She inaugurated her store named Gauri Khan Designs last year only and has worked for celebrities like Karan Johar and Ranbir Kapoor. Shahrukh’s queen has definitely set her kingdom and trust me she isn’t looking back no more ! The work of the diva is as classy and stylish as she and her husband are.
Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri got married in 1991, theirs was a love marriage. The proud parents to Aryan, Suhana and AbRam, always look like a perfect couple.
