According to friends close to the Sridevi Kapoor’s family, it was just a stroke of luck that her husband Boney Kapoor was beside her when the legendary actor breathed her last. Sridevi, Boney Kapoor, her younger daughter Khushi and other members of the Kapoor family including Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor were in Ras Al Khaimah to attend their nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding last week.
After the wedding and week-long of celebrations, Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi were to return to Mumbai,  but according to reports Sridevi stayed back in Dubai to be with her sister Srilatha.

If events wouldhad gone as per schedule, Boney Kapoor would have been in Mumbai on the night that Sridevi passed away. But Boney changed his plans returned to Dubai in order to surprise Sridevi and return with her to India. This was just sheer luck that the superstar’s husband Boney Kapoor was by her side when she suffered a cardiac arrest and met with an untimely death. A death that is mourned and will be mourned by fans worldwide for years to come. May her soul rest in peace and may god give the family the courage that is needed to bear this loss !!
