Your Idea of health is wrong

You are not healthy because your idea of good health is wrong.

You are trying to be beautiful and in good shape in the name of being healthy. Your diet and exercises are designed for vanity and not health. In fact you are very much ready to compromise your healthy for vanity. You go to the gym constantly and after few days you from somewhere get the idea that your new Facebook photo might be worthy of a few likes. You get the confidence to go to bars and look directly into the eyes of another alpha because you think you might intimidate him. Well no matter how many dumbbells and weights you lift up, no matter how much you invest in protein shakes a notorious criminal rotting in prison without any gym or even a proper meal would still kick your ass brutally to death. You choose strong to be powerful and that’s not health.  You keep a healthy body so that you can go to work at all costs whether it’s raining or immense heat. As long as your body is working and you can work for 8 hours a day without getting sick in frequent periods you are healthy and you have no right to complain.

Health is simply a state of the mind. The mind that can stands rigid in the most difficult of situations. You think you got money, a beautiful girl, powerful and healthy friends and you feel strong as hell. Suddenly some calamity strikes or your father got caught up for some fraud and you are now poor. All of your priviledges are gone. All of a sudden you forgot the power you had in the first place and you kill yourself. He was never healthy in the first place or anyplace. The heart that keeps your body going in the most difficult of situations is strong and healthy at all times.

You find the work that you love and all health will follow you automatically. Anytime you feel devoid of anything go look at the poor tribes of inner villages who sell their babies for a few days meal. All the void will go away. Go check out the internet to know how much exercise is adequate to keep you healthy. Many websites will suggest different amounts but a science journal will say only one minute (fitness and health websites won’t agree because then their existence would be at stake). And want keep some stamina and strength go play sports at least one hour everyday regardless of your age. Nothing is healthier than sports. No don’t complain about incompetence, find people who suck at sports like you and play with them and everyone can play badminton and if can simply run with a basketball or football. You are only as healthy as you feel and how you feel what you choose to feel (yeah you cannot control constipation or fever but its temporary relax)
