As winter has arrived, along with our eating patterns skincare routine also needs to be changed. This season makes our skin dry and rough. But if you follow this routine daily without any doubt you are getting back that healthy and good-looking skin.
Divide your daily skincare routine into three parts
1. Morning part
Step 1: Wash your face with lukewarm water.
Step 2: Use a cleanser suitable for your skin. Massage it on your wet face for a minute. Wash off with lukewarm water.
Step 3: Use a mild or organic skin toner now. Personally, I’ll recommend rose water as it gives coolness and freshness on my face.
Step 4: Now it comes to moisturizing. Apply a very thin layer of moisturizer and massage it in a circular motion.
Step 5: Let the moisturizer seep for 5-10 minutes. Now apply your sunscreen to protect your skin from sun rays.
2. Day part
Maintaining your skin during the day is also important. Always carry your moisturizer and lip balm.
During the break, apply a very thin layer of moisturizer which you used during the morning.
Make sure you keep your body hydrated by drinking sipping water at regular intervals.
Also add to your lunch yogurt, soups, and fruit juices.
After lunch, wipe the face with a wet tissue, apply a very thin layer of moisturizer.
3. Night part
End your day pampering your skin. Before hitting the bed follow these steps
Step 1: Wash your face with lukewarm water.
Step 2: Remove the makeup with coconut oil.
Step 3: Wash your face again with lukewarm water. Now use a cleanser suitable to your skin. Massage it on your wet face for a minute. Wash off with lukewarm water.
Step 4: Now apply a good rich night cream. It will nourish your skin while you sleep.
This routine will maintain the charm of your skin keeping it healthy!
