3. 3 – BALANCED DIET
This is one another way to fight breast cancer. A balanced diet is a must and it is recommendable to consume fibre which reduces the risk of breast cancer. Food sources, rich in omega 3 fatty acids like salmon, sardines, walnuts, flaxseeds and white chia seeds should be consumed to avoid breast cancer. Also, lots of vegetables rich in cruciferous should be eaten like cauliflower, broccoli, arugula, cabbage etc to fight breast cancer. These vegetables are rich in phytochemicals which help to fight away breast cancer. It is important for every woman to take a proper balanced diet.
