Tips to lower increased stress levels!

~~Modern lifestyle comes not only with its modernities but also with the hardships of a modern day which, then lead to hypertension and rising stress levels.

1. Have a sufficient sleep: Having sufficient sleep for seven hours is a must. If you do not sleep for atleast seven hours a day, then you level up the risk of heart stroke and blood pressure.

2. Eat less salt: Salt makes your body retain water. It helps in lessening your blood pressure.

3. Listen to music: Music is the greatest stress burster. Listen to high beats and inspiring songs that arouse your liveliness. While sad songs shatter you more.

4. Exercise: It is essential to exercise for atleast 60 minutes a day. Or take a walk 7 minutes a day to keep yourself healthy and stress-free.

5. Meditate 10 minutes a day: Try meditation for atleast 10 minutes a day. You will surely feel peace and less anxiety.

6. Take proper diet: Eat complete meals. Have fruits and veggies for healthy lifestyle.
