Health is the most precious wealth we have. But materialistic, wealth has today become our topost priority. Indeed to gain this materialistic wealth, we need to make health our first priority. Following these tips you may not lose or gain weight but can keep your body contented!!!
⦁    Drink plenty of fluid(fruit juices, water, soups) as it regulated our digestion, metabolism and boost energy levels. make sure you've have your last glass of any fluid two hours prior sleeping.
⦁    Walk everyday for 20-30 minutes to regulate your heart rate
⦁    Instead of those 3 large meals, have six meals a day so that to boost your energy levels priodically as well as to prevent over-eating.
⦁    Give a miss to the junk food as much as you can
⦁    Avoid processed food and microwaved food
⦁    Have protein rich foods(eggs, dryfruits, soyabeans)so as to reduce reflux and keep blood sugar levels stable while supporting healthy muscles and your immune system.
⦁    Stay away from aerated drinks.
⦁    Make sure you wash your fruits, vegetables and cereals thoroughly to wash off all the pesticides on their surface.
⦁    Have 7-9 hours sleep everyday for regulation of all body systems
⦁    For weight loss, have healthy food and dont starve  which will lead to overeating.
⦁    Replace iodized and sea salt with sun dried salt or solar salt.
Thus following tips are just giving it back to body, which so perfectly regulates us. Indeed it needs reward!!
