7. DRINK MORE WATER

Water is needed to carry out various bodily functions, remove waste and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. So drink regularly and protect your body from becoming dehydrated.

Fruits and vegetables give vitamins and minerals to the body and are very important for the well-being of our health. They should be consumed everyday to keep our body in good health.
