It is said that “Health is Wealth”.  A person is not said healthy only if he/she is free from physical troubles rather it is a matter of complete physical, mental and social well-being .The loss of health is a loss of all happiness.

Health is more important than anything materialist in this world and not even wealth. A rich person can afford luxuries of life such as big house, costly accessories, cars and many more countless things. But one thing is worth noting that he can enjoy all this only an only if he is healthy.

Birth in form of human is the greatest gift given by god to us; every human being has certain obligation to fulfill. So keep your body safe as a treasure and go on doing good things and enjoy life to the fullest.

It is said that Good health is a great source of peace and happiness. Life is a great struggle; good health is the best weapon to be successful.

The scenario today is over pollution, adulteration, corruption, scarcity of resources, unequal distribution of resources and many more such evil things, so pull your socks up and fight with these with good things which are mentioned below -:

  • Morning walk at least for 10 minutes will be of great help.
  • Eat healthy
  • Include fiber rich foods such as bran rice, whole grain wheat, ginger tea, tulsi, neem, amla (gooseberries) etc in your diet.
  • Sleep well for at least 8 hours.
  • Physical exercise, sports and yoga can also do wonders in maintaining good health.
  • Maintain cleanliness in your surroundings.
  • Stay calm & love yourself.
