Milk chocolate with the same nutritional punch as dark chocolates

Though dark chocolates has many beneficial factors , few of us do not prefer those. We prefer little sweet touch when we opt for a desert. Milk chocolate provides right amount of sweet delight , though it isn’t that recommended as dark chocolates. A recent research , as come up with secret ingredients to make milk chocolate as healthy as dark chocolates , this ingredient doesn’t alter the flavour. Sounds delicious! Just because, they are quiet few health benefits in chocolate it doesn’t mean , you can hog ,its still a sweet made out if sugar and milk which contains lots of fat.

Dark chocolates contains the chemical substance that is present in vegetables and fruits called as antioxidant which disables the secretion of oxidants that causes damage to the cells. Researches proved that oxidants is base of all health illness such as cardiac disease and cancer. Milk chocolate are made out of cocoa solid and cocoa butter. To give the milk chocolate smooth texture and a sweet flavour , good amount of milk , cream and sugar added. Milk chocolate contains less amount of cocoa , cocoa bean is used to make chocolates it contains anti oxidants, lesser the cocoa lesser the antioxidant in milk chocolate.

A group of researchers have found a way to insert the lacking antioxidant into milk chocolate without making it taste bitter. The secret ingredient is “ peanut skin extract” we all are aware that peanuts are been used to make peanut butter , the skin of peanuts are been removed before using them . Peanut skin as high content of antioxidant , as only few drops of extract is been added , it wouldn’t cause any change to the flavour. Sounds like a plan right !
