Winters are next door and soon you all would love to stay warm in that chilly weather. Indeed love for winters never die in the hearts of many. A time which makes you love those chilly evening walks,  that hot coffee with that chill in weather, that warm hug from someone and that coveted warmth when you get up in your bed.
However winters demand a little extra care for your health and wellness.
You would love winters even more if you start following that special care.
In winters your body demands more water than usual. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water each day.
It not  only purifies your skin but even makes its more glowing, brighter and healthy .

During winters you put on extra weight and thus water helps in quick digestion and burning of some calories as well.

Drink more water to fool your brain you are not hungry and lose some pounds if weight .
The dreary dry days of winters demands more energy and that is possible on by keeping mind and body hydrated with water.
