EVERYBODY LOVES “A GOOD SHOUT”

“The man who is angry at the right things and with the right people is praised”. Anger is the main problem of a big city today where few people are fighting over limited resources. Anger is the biggest cause of most of the problems people are facing these days. Be it the teacher getting angry on the student or the boss angry over the employee, anger is a part of our lives somewhere or the other.

Everyone do love a good shout. Its very easy way to get your work done or abuse someone by a loud shout on others but it also leads to many harsh things in life. Shouting at someone is not the solution for everything. Anger leads to your downfall only. It is your reputation which will be on focus by people. Anger has many faces like abusing someone, beating, shouting etc. these all are the phases of anger which result in demeaning a person value in society. Anger might be for anybody and for any reason. It depends on the nature or the person whether he or she is cool-minded or is angry young man or women.


A person should know what anger does to him or her. Have a look at the effects mentally or physically, which anger does to you, ● increases risk of heart attacks and several other heart problems ● depression ● leads to many illegal activities or crimes ● weakens your immune system etc. Anger shortens your life and is the biggest enemy of a person ever. When in anger a person loses his self-esteem and often indulges in crimes even murder. Anger cannot give you anything more than tensions, depression and a big loss. It also weakens a person from outside leading to the weaker body.


People should take part in activities which involve anger management. Yoga, exercise these all also help in this. Anger management for me should be a vast spread and even in schools and colleges, this should be studied as a subject, a compulsory subject. People should know when and how to control this problem known as anger because it is something which is harmful to you only rather than others. Show your anger to a limit and to those who really deserve it, but never make it a habit otherwise it will never leave you instead will become a part of your lives leading to your downfall.
