Depression – its causes,effects and remedies.

Depression can be said to be one of the causes of various issues relating to health either mentally or physically. It’s a sign of a person’s worst condition resulting in a person’s complete breakdown. Depression is the situation where a person is not in this state where he can either judge something or can be happy about anything. It’s a case of total loss of a person’s mental ability resulting in severe problems to his health too.

As you can see depression has so many effects on individuals, it can lead to severe impairment in an individual’s ability to enjoy life. A person might become angry on small things, a person may become irritated too .The effects of depression can range from minor annoyances to death. With proper interventions, depression can be treated and managed throughout the lifetime.


It’s often seen that people having depression has to go under many treatments as well as has to indulge into taking many pills mostly sleeping pills, which are a result to many health related problems, damage to liver or may be loss in a good appetite. This depression can be cured easily if taken care of on time. There are many remedies to it , which can cure this state, such as- ● Practicing exercise ● Meditation and Yoga ● Dietary supplements ● Acupuncture ● Talk it out whatever comes to your mind. ● Never skip a meal.


Depression is not something to be very worried of but yes you have to take care of your physical as well as mental state.
