Burn Out these myths about the workouts!!

Before you plunge your body into rigorous workout sessions, have a better outlook of what are you believing in. To rely your fitness on these misconceptions, thus, stopping your own self from keeping fit.

Never believe on what 'they' say, move on with what you believe and what's right.

1. A gym is must for workout: Nah! That can never be true. Yoga, cycling, running, jogging, walking can help you a lot even more in those busy schedules. Healthy for you and your time as well. It's better than rigorous workouts in gym or missing out on gym when you're busy.

2. Excessive sweating is bad: It's a body's natural way of reacting to the pressure laid on it. To keep body temperature normal, body has to sweat out and also to keep toxics at bay. Never worry about what you can't control.

3. Don't eat immediately after workout: The fact is your body needs energy which comes from food only, thus, there is no problem in eating after workout as your body needs it.

4. Exercise on empty stomach: No, don't do that. Rather go for a lightly healthy food like oats or fruits 'one hour' before workout. Or you may faint of fatigue.

5. Women gain muscles on lifting weights: Lifting weights would only help one in making bones and muscles firm and strong until one aims towards bulking up those muscles, as men do. Women are thus unlikely to grow muscles until they desire so.
