Here comes the weekend's good news for the people who no more love ghar-ka-khaana. But rather they would go for a roadside samosa or a pao bhaji or order for a home delivered pizza to savour their taste buds.
And these foods are still junk if you go on gorging in unhealthier conditions and fried with the fatty oills, these must be avoided or it may up your blood pressure for no good and obesity ceases one's ability to grow.
If you no longer wish to grow fat anymore, just go for healthier options that are, nowadays, available in every restaurant or food stall. Restro owners have started to serve with nutritious meals to lay upon big returns.
Otherwise it's better to make your own and serve yourself with fast-food plates of:
1. Baked burgers: If you want to feel fuller, here is the right choice, a bigger burger baked with love while whole wheat buns sandwiching raw veggies and blend of sauces in it. Or you may gorge on your chicken-savvy tongue that craves for non-veg with minced chicken patty in between.
2. Healthier pizzas: Opt for a pizza base made up of whole wheat grain flour instead of refined flour topped with your choicest toppings of veggies, oregano and melted cheese with a garnish of chilli flakes over it.
3. Baked samosa: Samosa remains the staple food for an Indian tea-time chaska. Instead of deep frying, bake it in oven with a stuffing of boiled veggies mixed with masaledaar spices and a tomato chutney made at home works for a great combination.
4. Baked cutlets: A nice choice for a heavy breakfast if you don't fry it in pan and bake it. This way you will gain on vitamins and fibres instead of cholesterol and fats.
5. Grilled chicken: Non-veg lovers can't wait to dine upon their favourite food- chicken. But it would be best to trim off extra fat from chicken and then grill it in oven or even roast it as much as you want to make for a healthier choice.
