Best exercise you could do

Breathing.

Because half of the world is doing it the wrong way. Every other exercise is simply overrated or guided by materialistic motivations but breathing is the best exercise that can keep you healthy mentally as well as physically. Ok I might not give you super strength like a gym toned body but it might give you a presentable figure because the real methods of breathing tone our body if we try and maintain a correct posture at a considerable good number of hours during our breathing time.

Normally most of us would breathe by gulping a huge volume of air with our mouths and expand our chests instead of our stomachs and exhale out. The correct way to do it simply take a comfortable amount by your nose and expand your stomach instead of your chest and exhale via the mouth. The reason why we have adopted the wrong method is because throughout our busy schedule right from our childhood we actually stop breathing and focus our attention at other things. If you notice even babies straight out of the womb without any prior teaching breathe the correct way. But the moment you start growing up and you would notice in your daily lives that instead of breathing continuously we run out of air and breathe in huge volumes via the second method because the correct method relatively gives your insufficient amount of air for fill your deficits. So that is why make a simple habit of breathing whenever you are free because breathing the correct way does not require any external inputs of settings. And believe me or not, all feelings of being deprived and feelings of detachment of loss from certain elements in the world or absence of material occurs due to lack of fresh air. That’s simply the reason why meditation first and fore most starts with the principle of breathing. But you don’t need any meditation workshops or seminars, if you know the correct way of breathing and simply breathe yourself instead of being instructed by someone else to do so you are equally healthy and fit irrespective of what you might look or people might say.
