A healthy heart desires health!

Heart has the most essential beat for life. It beats day and night, even more faster either for love of your life or in stress of professional commitments.
But it never takes a break to find out a solution or be relaxed, thus, let it be your 'must' responsibility to nurse it out for consequences. Take care of it as much as you can but only with the healthier options as its regular doses.
Take care not only of the ones within your heart but also their home of stay .i.e. your own heart which deals with so many emotions that it needs to be cuddled.

1. Avoid Smoking and Drinking: It's better to prevent than cure for an ailing illness.
Smoking adversely affects our breathing cycles while alcohol is a slow poison. It may also lead to severe heart strokes. Thus, these must be avoided or reduced to keep heart health in check.

2. Keep checking your BP, Sugar and Cholesterol levels: Go for regular checkups and tests to keep a rising ascent of health. Or otherwise, it may make you prone to diabetes, obesity etc.

3. Reduce salt intake and take balanced diet:
Salt intake must be reduced to avoid high BP and heart disease. A suitable diet is a necessary for all diseases.

4. Exercise regularly: Perform exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day including a cardio workout so you never lose on breathing and increase endurance.

5. Laughter for health and happiness: Yeah! It is the only thing which make one happy and weakens the regulation of stress hormones. Laugh everyday or rather include it in your fitness regime.
