33% of the world"s population still have to struggle to shit in a toilet. HAPPY TOILET DAY

WHY IT IS EASIER FOR US TO REACH THE MOON RATHER THAN TO TACKLE THE TOILET PROBLEM

Imagine a world of 100 people in which 85 people live in the most driest part of the earth.  10 people lack the accessibility to safe drinking water and the worst figure is that 33 people deficate in the open. Terming it in figures we have 2.4 billion people on earth who are yet to recieve the luxury to do shit in a toilet. We live in a world where more people have mobile than a toilet. I mean are we serious where we are heading to?

It was the saddest moment when we see SONAM GUPTA trending on internet without having any head and toe and today we are celebrating WORLD’S TOILET DAY and you barely see a post on it, leave about trending. Taking the example of India despite the effort of the government to eliminate this serious threat to mankind by building public toilets , still numbers don’t support this cause- a recent study by INDIATODAY shows that 60.4% people of india still don’t have access to toilets.

A report titled ‘It’s No Joke – State of the World’s Toilets’ by WaterAid states that “If all 774 million people in India waiting for household toilets were made to stand in a line, the queue would stretch from Earth to the moon and beyond.”

What else do we need to think and say? “We are heading towards a future in which we would not be having toilets to shit. Why is it easier for us to reach the moon than to tackle the toilet problem.”? Do think and answer below.

There are many steps being taken to eliminate this hazard one being the UN setting up its team to make toilets in AFRICA and making it accessible -

We have the Indian Government implementing the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan that has built 8 million new toilets. Recently they have collaborated with google to build a technology to find toilets which can prove to be boon to mankind. Lets welcome and adore all this with open arms.

In the end we should become serious for this toxic hazard which is been faced by the billions of us and make the earth a better place to live. Don’t make this a luxury it is a basic right of every soul on the earth just like water.
