5 Ways to lose weight permanently

1. Have proper three meals. The need of the hour is to chew slowly and steadily while sitting down on a dining table. Avoid watching T.V as it leads to binge-eating.

5. Avoid unmindful eating. Never indulge in eating before or after meals as it leads to eating more calories than required. Rather eat small portions of meal every two hours if you have the habit to nibble whole day.
