The words Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneur are familiar to the entire world except to India. The very reason for this is that people in India don’t dare to risk. Fortunately, at least few people take their chances and lead in society. In my perspective, Entrepreneurship is the backbone of any country’s economy.

The lack of this quality in the people of a some country surely affects it’s economy indirectly. I strongly believe that there are mainly two reasons why people in our country lagging behind in Entrepreneurship compared to other countries. They are:

• Lack of observation.

• Lack of interest.

An Entrepreneur is the one who observes everything with scrutiny and comes up with the solution for every inconvenience he finds. Ex: Recent sugarcane juice stalls serves best example which replaced the old manual sugarcane juice machines. The second reason is our lack of interest, most of the people in our country are very lazy that they never try to find a path they always follow one and so they prefer to be hired rather than to hire.

I would like to provoke Indians by explaining the essence of an Entrepreneur. We, as Indians know that our country is in debt to World Bank. The debt we need to clear is a huge. As per December 2013 analysis, India’s external debt stock stood at 426 billion U.S dollars. It means on an average each Indian has a debt of 341 dollars. So, the country’s responsibility is on our shoulders now as the youth.
