The Mantra of Life

We often hear people saying that ‘Health is Wealth’. Well it is true that health is our real wealth but, is it just the health of our body that matters or is the health of our mind and soul also matters.

Everyone nowadays is busy running for money, success and career, neglecting those factors which make us human beings and not machines. We are running behind those superficial things and ornaments which gives us temporary satisfaction and happiness ignoring those things which makes us more human and really alive.

Everyone seeks happiness but very few actually find it because most of the people are just running behind the wrong things. In order to find true happiness, we need to attain peace and satisfaction. Here are some things which might help us attaining peace and satisfaction.

1. Exercise

Exercise every day. Your mind can only be healthy as long as you are healthy. So make it a habit and your output will increase automatically.


2. Meditation

Devote five minutes of your life for meditation and it will bring you greatest peace of mind and calmness which can change your day completely.


3. Make a schedule

Make and follow a schedule. This will help you to lead a hassle free and organised life. Sometimes though, you can be late. Be cool about it and don’t give up on the schedule.


4. Speak politely

Speak politely. This will help you to get a positive response and vibe from the other people and will also reduce problems.


5. Smile

It is scientifically proven that the more you smile, the better you live. So keep smiling.


6. Think less, act more

Think less, act more, because thinking without acting is equal to zero accountability. And over thinking can also cause unwanted stress.


7. Avoid anger

Control and reduce anger, because let’s face it; anger has caused more harm than good.


8. Do what you love

Do what you love because life is too short to miss anything.


9. Stay closer to nature

Be around nature because nature will teach you, greet you and most of all heal you. So try to have some greenery around you and spend a little time with them and you will see that you are feeling better instantly.


10. Help Others

Help others. This is the ultimate way to attain peace and satisfaction. Help others without any hesitation or expectation. Just do it.
