It is true that hard work and dedication can lead us to success but at the same time education and knowledge of a particular field is equally important for us.

Our country India is a labor abundant country. You can find  illiteracy in every state which is not right. Education is very important for a country to grow and higher educations plays a major role to lead our country with the pace of development of other countries. It is  true that our country is labor abundant but we need to educate our youth because  along with hard work skills and knowledge are equally significant.

This will not only increase our knowledge but will also give our country bigger opportunities to grow and earn. This will help the people of our country to live an improved standard of living . There will be demand and more and more job opportunities will be available. Higher education can help to curb the problem of unemployment and poverty to a great extent. This will lead to better economic conditions of our country which will ultimately lead to growth.

In order to achieve this our government has to take some major steps towards this issue. Not only providing skills and training only , there should be some public campaigns to create general awareness between the masses  that how much important our education is for us and where can it us  lead to. There is a great need of the hour to aware people of literacy and motivate them to educate their child in order to live a happy and a bright future.

So yes, hard work and dedication may lead us to success but education along with it will help us to move miles ahead to shine bright.
