The first activity we do after getting up from the bed is Brushing. We brush our teeth daily to maintain them healthy and tidy. But do you see any purpose in it if you do it in a wrong way. Check out whether you are doing it right?
BRUSHING TECHNIQUES:
• You are supposed to hold your brush at 45 degrees from the gum line so that you do not hurt your enamel.
• You should thoroughly brush the chewing surface of each tooth so that you can remove all the minute food particles stuck in your teeth so that you can minimize the bacteria levels.
• You should also brush your teeth to remove the bacteria on it. You can avoid most of the dental problems by using this technique.
I think prevention is better than cure, what is your opinion? Just remember the instruments at the dentist and you sure will brush in this way.
