How to ‘Spend’ errrr ‘Save’ money!!

Money comes to go and our cravings make them go even faster. It's really very difficult to save money when you have unstoppable desires and everyone is fulfilling theirs as if there is no tomorrow. But if we make a habit of saving up in our early years, our future will have less mess in fact clearer. Initially, it is going to be definitely difficult but if you smartly save fulfilling some of your cravings, this task will be way easier.

A penny saved is a penny earned motivates me!!

Prepare a Monthly budget: This helps you to keep a track on your monthly expenses and stop your unnecessary spending. It seems to be tedious works but trust me it's not, simply make an excel sheet in your mobile and that's it.

Hard cash always better: You all will agree giving away hard cash is difficult than swiping the card. Using card gives us less worry and many times we end up buying even some nonessential things. But this won't happen if you prepare a budget before shopping and carry hard cash.

Save then spend: This is quite difficult. But instead of saving after spending let's save before spending. This makes a lot of difference. Initially, we may regret this decision but when at the end of the year you find out your saving amount your happiness would erase all that past regret.

Preparation for the crisis: When in an emergency instead of borrowing money from friends why not skip a movie or order food less often and save that money. This will help you to prepare yourself for crisis as well as opportunity.

Think and spend: When that desire arises to buy something expensive, resist your attraction. Give yourself 25-30 days if you really want it. Do some research on that product. In these days think practically instead of being emotional otherwise at the end of these days you’ll buy that product. This you can call 25-30 day rule. Just because your friend bought a new mobile doesn’t mean you are also supposed to do the same. Don't pressure yourself to spend.

Choose right savings account: Students’ saving account is always beneficial like free demand drafts for paying examination fees or concessional education loan. Mutual investments can also be recommendable because there is not hike in payments and we save to a great limit.

Debit card over Credit card: Debit card doesn’t charge you any interest which is in  the case of credit card. Well, use of debit card would support your shopping budget!

Prepaid is always better: You can have control over your calls and messages. In fact, you can stay away from those shocking surprises at the end of the month.

Spending can never cure your stress: Stop believing that shopping destresses. In fact, at the end of the day, it will make you more stress. Being stressed when you get that urge of shopping find some distraction.
