Procrastination is an act of delaying or postponing a task or a group of tasks. It is basically a super force or power that prevents you from doing what you set out to do.
Procrastination process usually starts by ignoring an unpleasant, but an important task, in favour of doing one that is more enjoyable or is much easier.
Procrastination has the qualities of restricting your potential, undermining your career, it can disturb teamwork, reduce morale and sometimes can lead to severe outcomes like depression and job loss. Clear off your desk, mind that might turn to distractions, better to turn off e-mail notifications, close your browser history. This way you will succeed in finishing your tasks.
