Fix your postures right to Redefine the new you.

Before your character registers a place in someone’s heart , your posture would have judged a lot about your personality. We give our least attention towards our body posture ,it doesn’t only defines what you are , it also enhance your muscle functioning too. Muscles and body ligament imbalance witnessed due to bad body posture can lead to numerous health related problems. Rounded shoulders causes a weakness in the lower part of the muscles which supports the shoulder and back. This posture can be fixed by lying down on your stomach and raise your both the arms to 90 degree without replacing your elbow position , pull your shoulders raising both the arms, count for five seconds and relax. Are you a binge watcher ? Slouching in a chair must be your common posture. It gives you pleasure but by time it can soften your tissues and causes pain. To fix this posture ,brace up your body on toes and forearms. Keep your legs straight and raise your hips firmly. Repeat this process. Do you experience muscular strain? It’s because of excessive pressure experienced on one side of your hip when you lean on one side of your leg for support. You can fix this strain by lying on your knees with your left leg straight ,lift your left leg without moving your hip follow the same on the opposite side. Try doing push ups for thirty seconds everyday, this cures shoulder stiffness caused due to hunched backs Posture plays a vital role in delivering your character. So its important to maintain a rigid and firm posture to keep your physical and mental ability healthy.
