The Brain Drain problem refers to the situation where a country loses its best workers.Brain drain is a common problem for the developing countries. It is the movement of talents from the native land to other countries. The developing countries could not develop just due to this reason that highly educated and professional people move to other countries due to better pay and working conditions. The major problem with the developing country is that they miss the opportunity of wealth creation due to which it loses its skilled workers.
