“I am me” -  a unique creation of god, with my own personality and talents and purpose in life. No one can replace me in God’s plan for the world. What a pity! How readily we destroy our beautiful uniqueness by becoming one of the crowd.

Frustration in people in today’s world is a common phenomenon. Very often this is because there is no realization among us that we have to discover ourselves. If we spend at least 10 minutes a day in silence and look inwards, we will soon unearth our precious self.
