Respect is something that everyone wants. Children to their parents, employee to his boss, a student to a teacher and others all are ought to be respected. The level of seniority asks for respect and everyone has that mental level of thinking who is junior or senior to him or her. There’s a saying “give respect, take respect”. According to me if you want to be respected you should know how to respect others too.
You might be the boss of any big organization or be the king of any nation, if you will not learn how to respect others despite being senior or superior to anybody, you might not rule the hearts. Whether a girl or a boy, husband or his wife respect is something that each one of us deserves.
For me, respect is the thing which comes from heart. When any person is valued for a reason, may be his work or behavior, he or she will have that feeling somewhere to know that they are doing good. People have the capability to judge someone and it all depends on your behavior if a person will respect you in return or not.
Being junior or senior to anybody does not mean that seniors force a junior to respect him. Yes, there are several positions or level in a work but may it be a small side or the big, respect is the level to be maintained. Always see a person superior to you because inferiority will lead you to rule someone and that won’t lead people to happiness. Earning respect depends entirely on your giving respect as well as learn to respect yourself too, so at the end,
