Remove your thumb from your right nostril and put middle finger on left nostril 4. Now exhale slowly from right nostril, and then inhale again from right nostril 5. Repeat this process for 5 minutes, any time of the day. 6. Do this slowly and be focused.


Best Time: In Morning with Empty Stomach is the best time for Anulom Vilom. But If You can’t do it in morning you can Do it anytime. Just don’t do it if you have overeaten something. otherwise, It is ok to do anulom vilom pranayama at any time.
