Eyes are of the most attractive features of a person’s face. Be it a boy or a girl, a man or a female eyes have a lot to tell about one’s personal lifestyle and problems. Many of us have puffy eyes when we wake up in the morning because of reasons like incomplete sleep, crying yourself to sleep, tensions, stress or tiredness. Puffy eyes definitely put off your face and make it look dull but there are 4 easy hacks that will act as magic wands to remove these Puffs under your eyes and brighten up your face without cosmetic and creams.
Here are these simple hacks:
- SPOON: Take two steel spoons and put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Take them out and lay down in a comfortable position. Keep the back of the spoons (convex side) on your eyes till the temperature of the spoons gets back to normal. You may feel bit of a burning sensation in your eyes but don’t worry. That’s just because of the cool penetrating your eyes. Keep your eyes closed for some minutes after removing the spoons and finally rinse your face with cold water.
- TEA-BAGS: Soak two tea-bags in luke warm water for sometime then place them in the freezer for an hour. Take them out and lay down in a comfortable position. Carefully place them on your eyes and make sure that they cover your eyes completely. Let it rest there for few minutes. Take them off and rinse your face with cold water after keeping your eyes closed for sometime.
- POTATO: Cut two slices of potato and wash it properly. Put them in the freezer for an hour. Take them out and lay down in a comfortable position. Keep these potato slices on your eyes and let them be there until they are back to their normal temperature. Take them off but keep your eyes closed for sometime then rinse your eyes with cold water.
- CUCUMBER: Do the same as the Potato. Cut two slices from a full siced cucumber and put them in the freezer for an hour. Lay down in a comfortable position and place the slices on your eyes. Let them be there until they come back to their normal temperature. Remove them and keep your eyes shut for sometime. Rinse your eyes with cold water after few minutes.
To top it all use “Aloe Vera” gel on your eyes every night before sleeping. Keep the gel in the refrigerator and apply them on your eyes and around them before sleeping. Let them be there for the entire night. It will help your eyes be cool and will relax your eye muscles.
