Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has decided to make a film as a tribute to late legendary actress Sridevi and wants to cast Vidya Balan in the lead.

However nothing is yet decided .

He wanted to approach Sridevi soon for a separate project, but before he could do that, the "Roop ki Rani" left for heavenly abode. 

An IANS report quoted Hansal Mehta saying,

"I will always regret that I didn’t approach her and could not make a movie with her. But I will make a film on her."

According to the report Mehta got lost in deep thoughts while talking about the film. He only divulged further that the film may be based on a book and refused to reveal any further personal information. 

He assured that the film will definitely be made presenting the way glamorous "Chandini " progressed in the industry.

He added, "There are actors (who I have in my mind). I might approach Vidya Balan for such a heart touching assignment. I will make the film."

Sridevi, considered to be India's first female superstar, suddenly passed away on February 24 in Dubai went there to attend a family wedding.

Firstly news cracked out she died due to Cardiac arrest, but the postmortem report later, cleared She died due to accidental drowning following loss of consciousness. She was cremated in Mumbai on February 28 after having being given full state honours and the crowd itself either if we talk about Bollywood celebrities or her fans were enough to proof the lifetime achievement of "Hawa-Hawai".

 

Though everything is just under processing,no public announcement yet reported. 

But as a Audience this biopic can prove a treat to the Eyes.
