Silly Bad Habit?! Quit it now for health living!

If you want to lead a healthy lifestyle, you must ensure that you quit these bad habits for the sake of your health and a fulfilled lifestyle.

Here is a list of those habits to quit them right now if you don't know that they are literally 'bad' for your health.

 1.Being in an unhealthy relationship: It is one of the bad habits. If you are dealing with one, then either resolve or just leave it for life. Don't bound yourself for what us not meant for you. Don't stress your body and mind. Just live your life and be happy.

2. Gulping down food: Chew the food properly or it may add in to that extra flab causing acidity. Take atleast 20 minutes to finish your meal and don't just gulp down in any haste. 

3. Nail biting: Maybe, you bite your nails in nervousness or for no reason at all. But your hands are unhygienic as it touches so many things of outside that germs accumulate on them and it takes the worst turn in mouth. Thus, avoid it each time.

4. Are you a junkie?!
Avoid junk food as much as possible as you already knows how unhygienic and junk it is. Rather, bring that taste in your own food from home and you'll love it.

5. Skipping Breakfast: Never skip breakfast for any reason as it is the foundation of your while day. A full breakfast meal let's you eat less or you may gain weight. Further, metabolism is also badly affected.

6. You take medicines for each headache: Yeah! It's a bad habit as popping pills for regular headaches or stomach aches would land you in trouble then escaping it. Rather see a doc or apply Grandma's advices, they work for most of the time.

7. Binge-Drinking: One of the worst habits one may possess. It affects not only lunga but also causes dizziness and fatigue. To save yourself, please limit this habit.

8. Smoking: It destroys your lungs completely. It kills your life. Don't avoid cigarette but kill it through external help, if you need it.
