A recent study as suggested that being in long term relationship kills the sex drive of women. There are several other factors standing as cause for a relationship but researchers have found that those who had stayed in monogamous relationship for a long period had experienced a low level of sexual desire. Female sexual index questionnaire was used to analyse the functioning of specific areas, sexual arousals, Orgasm and sexual satisfaction. The presence of pain during the intercourse determines sexual desire of women over a period of seven years. In the study conducted on women in different relationship shows that , they experienced high level of improvement in sexual orgasmic ability compared to the women in monogamous relationship.
