1. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PAST

As long as you don’t accept the wrong happened in the past, you won’t ever get the courage to let it go. Learn from your past but don’t let it take a toll on your present.

Everything that happens with us has a reason or is destined to happen. So if a mistake is committed; apologise and accept it instead of repenting and feeling guilty forever. When you accept the things which you feel are wrong and feel sorry for it they no longer count into your sins. If we confess our sins, God forgives our sins and helps to cleanse it from all unrighteousness.


3. 3. CONTROL THE THOUGHTS OF YOUR BRAIN

Your mind if not tightened can go out of control. Make your mind your slave instead of making it rule your life. Learn to control your thoughts and make your brain think what you want to think. As long as you don’t check your thoughts you won’t be at peace. As they say, it’s all within. If you instruct your mind to find happiness, it shall do so but if not, sorrows are bound to manifest. Each and everything that happens with us is our own manifestation. So better be selective of what you want to remember from past “Engage yourself in the moments you looked forward to.
