Sleeping is the most disturbed part of one’s life today. As the world around is becoming more and more stressful people are losing their hands on a proper sleep cycle. Little do we realize that a disturbed sleep schedule triggers a lot of mental and physical health problems in a person’s life. These simple hacks will give you the best sleep possible at night!

MILK: Drink a cup of warm milk at night right before you tuck yourself in bed at night and it would be better if you put a spoon of Turmeric in it. This will help you sleep at night in a very relaxed manner as turmeric relaxes your mind and heals the stress.

MUSIC: Plug on to some slow and soothing instrumental music while you get into the bed at nigh. This would again distract you from distracting and disturbing thoughts which is the biggest reason of a sleepless night! All you need is relaxation and music plays the best doctor in this case!

NO INTAKE OF CAFEINE: Donot take a coffee or anything which contains cafeine before going to bed as cafeine chases away your sleep. You might feel that having a cup of hot coffee will be relaxing but it’s the other way round. It might make you relaxed but it will push the sleep away.

PILLOW: Take a soft and thin pillow while sleeping as sleeping posture plays a major role in helping you fall asleep. A thin pillow will make you lay down straight and it’s really comfortable. Comfort and relaxation together result in a good sleep.

FOOD: Take you food at least 2 hours before you fall asleep and also take care of the type of food you eat. Having heavy and oily food at night will give you a disturbed sleep. A light sort of food will give you the much needed break.

NAP: First of all don’t sleep in the afternoon just because you just feel like doing so. There is a needed time span of a person’s sleep in a day and sleeping in the afternoon completes the need of precise sleeping hours in a day. WALK: Go for a walk in the evening. A walk in the open area will stress your muscles a bit and as soon as you lay down on the bed at night you’ll feel a different sort of relaxation in the muscles which will give you a very good sound sleep.
