We all give our opinion on matters without hesitation because opinion is a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge or to be more professional we can say that it is an advice by an expert on professional matters. But here it is about "Your Opinion".
With the strong digitalization, Digital opinion is also on the height of its popularity. With the commonness of Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and many other social gatherings, Opinion has changed its status from rare to common. It may deal with subjective matters with no conclusion or it might end up with a dispute.
As I remember Indian constitution provides Right to Freedom in Article 19 and guarantees the freedom of speech and expression. All I could conclude from the word speech was "opinion" because if freedom of speech makes its nature conclusive than there would be no need of Judiciary Systems.
Two people might have different opinions for any movie they want to watch and it is okay to share your perspective but one of these persons ending up fighting with other to take stand for his opinion is clearly conclusive and I feel that it is a violation of the Freedom of speech of another person.
Padmavat movie faced a lot of criticism. It was about entertainment but for people who had second thoughts and their opinion is welcomed but the dedication to make their opinion a conclusion was not justified. Burning the school bus in Delhi and riots in many cities just to say that Hindu-Muslim romance in the movie is not acceptable or 14th-century Hindu queen should have not danced is again shameful for the whole society.
PM Modi will come with good days or not has been a trendy topic to discuss. And again people prefer their opinions over the life of other. With a line that no cow should be slaughtered, people made it their opinion to kill a man for a cow. Either this is an abuse of the Freedom we get to speak or it is a mental disease and many are suffering.
Let the government make decisions for society or let the Judiciary punish the criminal, but no opinion holder is allowed to act as per opinion. Many are been killed in the name of cow slaughterers. I do not know about Hindu or Muslim, all I know is that we are secular and brothers’ human life for a cow is a sick opinion.
A single tweet about your religion, caste, sub-caste, gender, animals, and your favorite party/politician goes viral overnight starting with protests on Jantar-Mantar and ends up killing each other. I am pretty sure we did not fight for these things with each other under British rule and we were eager to be called "One" or INDIAN. What is the problem now?
Let me share my opinion. If I say I do not like the strategy of present government on any social network I’ll be threatened to my life and if say I support this government then as well I’ll get the same reaction of people threatening me. If I speak in favor of teen talk or I go with love jihad, for both of my opinions people with come on streets.
And this leaves a question, Do these people who are too conclusive, habitual of making disturbance? or India is losing its "Unity in Diversity" state?
