Patanjali is the biggest mind f**k the country has ever produced. It is the best marketing strategy a company could ever play on the people and especially Indian people around. Baba Ramdev has a huge fan base of those kind of people who trick themselves into believing that they are followers but actually they are fans just like teens.
In such a competitive world why would you care if the people are healthy and efficient? You would rather want the people to grow obese, ugly, and sick and fade away slowly so that your pavement is clearer and there is less competition. And the only reason why you never get sick and manage to stay strong is because you cannot afford time to waste on that thought. That’s how you stay healthy by diverting yourself from any bad thought and concentrating on your productivity in life rather than your belly and face. So in such circumstances who would choose the responsibility to get up against the mass and cure the world of sickness you made them invent in their minds recently. Someone who is capable of doing it or rather someone who is capable of doing that thing only and nothing else. And people are so self-important and lazy that they would choose to be scared of sickness all the time. Well someone tell these people that the world doesn’t care if the people are healthy or dead, all the world cares is what we can get in return from the people.
If Baba Ramdev was your BFF, on your birthday instead of throwing you bday bumps he would make you sit for an hour of yoga and that would be his gift to you. No offence to yoga and even the yoga that Baba Ramdev himself demonstrates is of good health benefits but he should know that being healthy might not necessarily mean that you might be a good person. So in that sense if someone chooses to be less healthy or actually die that is totally his choice and BABA has no right of blabbering anything with respect to the person’s choice of not choosing to do the PRANAYAM.
Ramdev knows his fans are dumb too. If he really is against noodles and other packed food he might simply choose to be an icon who chooses to refrain from such products but instead he will sell those things under his label and rather fetch some money out of it because self-important people love to buy healthy things. The strategy was simple: manufacture products with similar shapes, sizes and packages but in the end just write everything in Hindi in the end. And instead of the ingredients section mention any herbal shit because only a few Indian Universities have claimed scientific observations and there is simply no one else to ensure it or question is accuracy. And no one cares. Even if Baba was to manufacture cigarettes bearing his name, people would smoke that too. Someday he would manufacture designer underwear too for the boys with his name written in the fonts and place of Calvin Klien which would be the sex trends of the RSS.
Why does Baba despise foreign companies like colGATE, Unilever, Coca Cola or Nestle. Well what has these products done to us or Baba in the first place. Those brands never advocated anything wrong about Baba or even Patanjani. Baba says these companies are draining the company’s wealth and stupid people get outraged by it and in that burning rage they smash into a Patanjali store and try to buy everything they can. And they are convinced that they have spent their money on the nations sweat and hard work. How blind and stupid can they be not to realize that the money goes to the pocket of the CEO of patanjali and not in any sense to the nations reserve. In a way it’s the same. And how hypocritical can one get if he claims the fact that it’s unjust to buy commodities of a different nation but plans of exporting his own products to other nations and expecting people to buy it.
The answer is simple. If Baba was greedy and he did all this for money then it would be justified. But he can’t handle money and won’t be able to acquire shit with it because that’s why he choose to be a BABA in the first place. But he is damn jealous of people who can do business and know the skills of making money from money because money has the attention of the people. He wants the attention of the people concentrated on the fact that he is the breathing master and wants to deem all other purposes of life unimportant.
