DAY 1: This day is called FRUITS DAY. You are allowed to eat only fruits all the day excluding bananas. You should take the whole fruit rather taking it in the form of juice.

DAY 2: This day is called RAW VEGETABLES DAY. In this day your breakfast should consist of large baked potato and one table spoon of butter. For lunch and dinner you should go with steamed vegetables with no added salt or sauce.

DAY 3: You can go with unlimited number of fruits and vegetables in this day. But you should not eat Bananas and Potatoes.

DAY 4: This day’s diet comprises of Bananas and milk. You can eat eight Bananas and 3 glasses of milk. For lunch and dinner you add a bowl of special soup made from tomatoes, cabbage onions, green peppers, celery and water.
