Tips to take your personal care personally!

1. Personal hygiene:
Bath regularly.

Wipe your intimates daily. Use cotton to clean at sensitive areas.

Brush your teeth twice a day, as you eat a lot sweets nowadays.

Wash your hands before every meal.

2. Personal Health:
Stay hydrated and drink eight glasses of water a day.

Floss regularly.

Eat raw and washed fruits and veggies only.

Cut out on caffeine intake.

Eat yogurt.

Avoid tobacco.

Use sanitizers.

3. Office Hygiene:
Take your own coffee mugs to office.

Carry sprouts for a healthy lunch.

Carry your own tissue roll.

4. Take care of your hair: Wash your hair atleast twice a week.

Use a mild shampoo.

In case of any hair problems, treat them early.

Get a haircut every 6 months or your hair may grow frail and brittle.

5. Sleep tight:
Try to get a good sound sleep for atleast 8 to 10 hours a day so that you don't feel dizzy the other day. It's better to stay refreshed.
