Reasons why you always feel so tired....

Many of us who feel tired all the day wonder, if it’s the lack of sleep that is the reason for them being yawning all the time, or is it the oversleep that does the deed. Perhaps you are right at that, but what about those who are having adequate amounts of sleep and still behind the designated-time since they’re always so worn out?

Sleep isn’t the only factor that keeps your body juices up and flowing. There are several others that need your attention especially if you are a victim of this syndrome.

So here are some of them, getting a headstart on them would help you move away your tiredness

1. Insufficient consumption of water

If you are not having enough hydration to keep yourself up you might suffer from dehydration. And studies have confirmed that if one is dehydrated, they’ll have a reduced blood volume, therefore slowing the speed at which oxygen and other essential nutrients reach their body, and hence leaving your body skimpy. The adequate amount of water for active males is 3 liters and for active females is 2.2 liters.

2. Deficiency of Iron

The reason with the irons remains the same as water, less iron leads to less oxygen reaches your muscles and cells. Lack of iron, in addition with making you feel tired, increases the risks of anemia and irritation. So best is to maintain a proper intake of iron. Beans, Lentils, Kidney beans, Cereals, Oatmeal are all rich sources of iron.

3. Working too much and too hard while being under constant stress

Many of us always want to climb the ladder of life as easily as we can, but that always ends up getting harder and harder. Some of us push ourselves beyond the limits of what we can do, hence working day and night so that we don’t have to worry about it afterwards. But we often forget that this constant method makes us a victim of stress, which silently makes you feel tired. So, don’t be so hard on yourselves, live as well.

4. Staying indoors too much

Leaving your phone behind feels like a nightmare doesn’t it? Perhaps it is though, but you can take it with yourself for a walk as well! Sticking to your Smartphone for all day long makes you lethargic. It makes your body inactive which is unacceptable in a world which likes to move fast. Stay active by walking or running once in a day.

5. Caffeine addiction

Coffee seems like the best energy drink that keeps you up all night while you work for the next day activity. It might be helpful but too much, can always be fatal. So don’t grow a habit of it, since your body will only crave for it whenever you are tired. Look for alternatives like washing your face instead.
