Cardamom is very beneficial for our health. Cardamom is of two types small cardamom and a big one. The big one is used to make our food tasty on the other side small cardamom is used for the fragrance and for good smelling of food. Both the types of cardamom are good for our health and leaves a long lasting effect on our health. Let us know the benefits of cardamom which are,

1 – if your neck swells up then mix cardamom with radish juice and drink it. It will help you feel better.

2 – if you are suffering from cold and cough then with one cardamom take one piece of ginger with five leaves of tulsi and eat them together. It will make you relief from it.

3 – cardamom seeds are also good for health. Make a powder of it and smell it. You will be able to get relief from a headache as on smelling it you will sneeze which helps in relieving headache problem.
