DHARMA PRODUCTIONS is ready to present “DHADAK” starring debutants JANHVI KAPOOR and ISHAAN KHATTER.

DHADAK is being Directed, Written and Screenplay by Shashank Khaitan. Produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta. The story was written by Nagraj Manjula. Music is given by Ajay-Atul.

 

The story is based on the Marathi Language film “SAIRAT” released in 2016. However, the new version will be set in Rajasthan. The first poster was unveiled on 15 Nov 2017. The principal photography started on 1 Dec 2017 in Udaipur.

 

According to the first look of DHADHAK, Janhvi Kapoor has Charm as like as her Mother Lt. Sridevi and Ishaan Khatter is Bollywood's next Chocolate Boy.

 

 

ISHAAN KHATTER (born 1 Nov 1995) is an Indian Actor. He is the half-brother of Actor Shahid Kapoor. 

 

His Father Rajesh Khatter is an Indian Actor, story writer, screenwriter, and voice actor. He had worked for many French Superhits series. He shared his presence in many Daily soap TV serials like behadh, bepanaah, etc. He had done Hindi voice dubbing for many Hollywood celebrities like Tom Hanks, The Rock, Johnny Depp etc. He also featured in Vikram Bhatt’s web series “SPOTLIGHT”.

 

His Mother Neelima Azeem is an Indian television and film Actress. She first married Pankaj Kapoor and became a mother of Actor Shahid Kapoor but, this marriage last soon. Later, she got married to Rajesh Khatter and became a mother of Actor Ishaan Khatter but, this marriage does not work as well before. Later she tied a knot with her third husband Ustad Raza Ali Khan. Ishaan Khatter started his acting career as a child artist in movie Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi in the year 2005.

 

 

JANHVI KAPOOR does not need any Introduction as everybody is familiar with the gorgeous DIVA OF KAPOOR FAMILY. She is beautiful daughter of a famous couple of Bollywood. Lady Superstar Lt. Sridevi and Producer Boney Kapoor are her parents. She is just 20-years-old. She completed her schooling from Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Mumbai. And seeked her Acting training from Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, California.

 

She has a sister KHUSHI KAPOOR.

 

Her Father was first married to Mona Shourie Kapoor, who is the mother of Actor ARJUN KAPOOR.

 

ANSHULA KAPOOR is her half-sister.

 

 

Reportedly, she is committed and dating SHIKHAR PAHARIYA, who is Son of Mumbai- based Businessman Sanjay Pahariya and Maternal Grand Child of famous Politician Sushil Kumar Shinde.

 

In the year 2016, the couple faced so many controversies after leaking of their personal photographs on Social Media.
